My name is Vicki and I run Real Choice Nappies, as well looking after my two gorgeous, exciting and exhausting boys!
I used real nappies for both of my children, although I started out with disposables with my first child. When I switched from disposables to cloth, it was a revelation - the real nappies were so easy to use, so much more reliable and they looked cuter too!
However, I remember how confusing it can be when choosing real nappies. There are still relatively few real nappies available on the high street, and buying online can be daunting if you aren't sure what nappies will suit your needs.
Real Choice Nappies aims to help to "spread the word" as well as to help parents choose and use real nappies successfully. We offer a full advice service, either by e-mail or via one of our popular "virtual demos". We also offer face-to-face demos for those able to visit us in person.
Real Choice Nappies is based in beautiful East Cheshire, on the edge of the Peak District. We try to minimise our environmental impact as far as possible:
- by minimising paper use and using recycled materials where possible
- by re-using packaging materials and not over-packaging (nappies aren't fragile so they don't need much!)
- by using re-filled ink cartridges
- by using energy efficient lightbulbs
- by recycling as much of our waste as possible.
