ORDER PROCESSING AND DELIVERY
We will keep you informed of the progress of your order. We will contact you as soon as possible after receiving your order, to confirm the details with you and to advise you of the expected delivery timescale.
We aim to fulfil orders within 7-10 working days. If we are unable to fulfil your order within our normal delivery period, we will contact you as soon as this is known. If you need your order urgently, please contact us.
Please note that our online shop does not have live stock update. Every effort is made to ensure that orders are fulfilled within our normal delivery period, however there may occasionally be supply problems for certain items. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.
UK DELIVERY CHARGES
Orders under £50 - £3.50
Orders £50 or over - FREE
Please note that we do all we can to reduce our environmental impact, including re-using packaging where possible. Therefore, your nappy order may well arrive in a recycled posting bag or supermarket box!
Free local collection is always available - please contact us to arrange this.
Please note we are currently unable to deliver outside of the UK.
PAYMENT
Real Choice Nappies accept payment by PayPal or cheque.
All goods sold by Real Choice Nappies remain the property of Real Choice Nappies until full payment has been received. Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared.
All prices on this site are inclusive of VAT, where applicable.
CARD PAYMENTS
Real Choice Nappies use PayPal to securely handle your payment. At no point do Real Choice Nappies have access to your credit card details.
CHEQUE PAYMENTS
If you prefer to pay by cheque, please e-mail info@realchoicenappies.co.uk and we will send you an order form and order number. Your completed order form and cheque should then be sent to:

RETURNS
If you are at all unhappy with the contents of your order on receipt, please contact us as soon as possible to allow us the opportunity to resolve the problem.
Please inspect all goods upon receipt and notify us of any damage in transit or shortages within 48 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, no claims for damage in transit or shortages can be considered after this period.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
If goods have been damaged in transit or are found to be faulty on receipt, please notify us as soon as possible. We will then ask you to return the faulty or damaged goods to us, and offer you the choice of a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Return postage will be refunded in the case of faulty or damaged goods, but please note that you must take responsibility for getting the goods back to us. We suggest that you obtain a free certificate of posting from your post office, so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail if the goods do not reach us.
Real Choice Nappies cannot accept responsibility for any faults arising more than 60 days after receipt. "Faults" refers to manufacturing defects and specifically excludes accidental damage and normal wear and tear.
RETURNS
Goods that are unused and unwashed may be returned within 28 days of receipt, provided that they are in their original saleable condition and original packaging. Unless the goods are faulty or have been damaged in transit (see above), you will be responsible for meeting the cost of return postage. Outward delivery charges are not refundable.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns of any item that has been used or washed.
We strongly suggest that you get a free certificate of posting from your post office, so that you can claim compensation from Royal Mail should the goods not reach us. Please also ensure that the postal service used to return the goods includes adequate insurance to cover your goods should they go missing or be damaged on route to us.

RIGHT TO CANCEL
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have a seven day cooling-off period, which starts when you receive your goods. You may cancel your order during this period and return your item(s) to us for a full refund, including the appropriate postage and packing element of your original P&P charge. Goods must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging. Please state "cancellation of contract" as your reason for return.
When cancelling your order within this 7 day period, you will be expected meet the postage costs of returning your item(s).

Real Choice Nappies will keep your personal details private and secure. We will not sell or share your personal details with any third party, except insofar as is strictly necessary to process your order (e.g. delivery instructions to couriers).
We will only use your telephone contact details in relation to your immediate order or enquiry, and not for promotional or marketing activity.
You can check what information we hold about you by contacting us. At no point do we have access to any credit or debit card details - these are dealt with securely within the Paypal system.
We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
